Terms & Conditions, Travel Protection Agreement
By submitting, you certify that you are the cardholder/account holder and are authorizing Berwick Voyages or its chosen Tour Operator/Supplier to charge the listed amount to the credit card or bank account. You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the confirmation you received is accurate and you understand that any discrepancy in spelling of names, dates of birth, package components after payment is applied may be subject to change fees which are the responsibility of the client. You also certify you have read the Terms & Conditions and the appropriate Travel Protection Plan details. Cancellation penalties may apply if Travel Protection is waived, up to the full package price. Deposit is non-refundable once processed unless covered by Travel Protection. Travel Protection cost is not refundable for any reason, even if the package is cancelled by supplier(s).
Please note that you will not see a charge from Berwick Voyages on your credit card or bank statement; the charge will come from our supplier (Viking Cruises, Oceania, or other cruise line) directly. Payment may take 7-10 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement.
Payments must be received on your due date no later than 5PM ET weekdays/2PM ET Saturdays (or the time listed on your confirmation, whichever is earlier) or will be considered late, and rates/availability may not be able to be guaranteed.
By submitting payment and becoming an existing client of Berwick Voyages, you consent to the collection and use of your email address by us for future promotional emails that deal with promotions and specials we are offering. Any promotional e-mails we send will have an "Unsubscribe" option. All of the contact information that we collect is protected against unapproved access, and we will not share your e-mail address with any other company or individual.
